For centuries, Ayurveda, meaning "knowledge of life," has been used to heal, nurture, and restore balance within the body. Sift reimagines these age-old practices for today’s world, making them accessible and easy to integrate into daily life. Our mission was to create a brand identity that celebrates this ancient wisdom in a way that feels both fresh and relevant.
Super Spicy collaborated closely with Sift on strategy, naming, visual identity, packaging, art direction, and website design. We chose the name Sift for its emphasis on selecting ingredients with intention, but even more so for capturing memories of our grandmothers sifting in the kitchen to create something from scratch with love.

VISUAL IDENTITY
& ART DIRECTION
The visual identity is a graphic yet abstract take on sifting down to the core essentials. We developed a custom motif using intersecting lines that expand into a dynamic pattern, flexing across packaging to add visual interest.
The art direction draws on the warmth of home, featuring a scattering of traditional vessels filled with healing ingredients. It captures memories of gathering with elders, preparing each element from scratch, and passing down wisdom through rituals of self-care. Bright, saturated colors paired with earthy tones build on this inviting, nostalgic feel.
