Shaping Vira’s Sensual Side from Concept to Launch

Vira came to Super Spicy with a simple goal: create an intimate brand that moves away from the loud, raunchy, or overly clinical sexual wellness space. We saw the opportunity to approach the category with more care, sophistication, and warmth. Working with Vira from the ground up, we delivered full-service partnership across brand strategy, visual identity, copywriting, packaging, website design, and art direction.

The visual identity embraces suggestion over exposure. We introduced subtle layers of separation between the viewer and subject. Props like steamy glass in the art direction and vellum in printed materials add softness and opacity, gently blurring what is revealed. To keep the focus on feeling, we chose to lean into sensual wellness creating a more inviting tone. The result is a brand that feels alluring and intimate without needing to be in your face or explicit.

PACKAGING

Naming played a big role in shaping the product experience. We strategically named each product to feel evocative while tying into its function and the plant-based, Ayurvedic nature of the line. The names Nectar, Ember, Bloom, Dew, and Monsoon inspired the visual direction of the packaging. Taking cues from the fragrance space, each design carries its own sense of desire while still feeling cohesive as a collection.

ART DIRECTION

The art direction favors intimacy first, leaning into a softer, more suggestive approach. In select moments, diffused layers like steamy glass soften what’s revealed, adding a touch of mystery and room for imagination. It’s a reminder that sensuality doesn’t always need to scream. It can whisper.
